Riverside is a seaside village in Greenwich, Connecticut — about forty minutes from Manhattan, and easy to reach by train, plane, or car.

By Train

Metro-North's New Haven Line runs from Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan straight to the Riverside station — about a 50-minute ride. From the station it's a short taxi or rideshare to the church and the yacht club. The easiest way to buy tickets is the MTA TrainTime app, or right on the platform.

Coming from farther afield? Amtrak's Northeast Corridor — Acela and Northeast Regional — stops in Stamford, about a 15-minute drive from Riverside. A great option from Boston, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C.

HPN

Westchester County, White Plains — about 20 minutes away.Closest · fewest flights

LGA

LaGuardia, Queens — about 45 minutes. A wide range of flights.

JFK

John F. Kennedy, Queens — about an hour or more, with the most options of all.

HPN is the most convenient if a flight works for you; otherwise LaGuardia and JFK offer far more choices.

By Car

Riverside is about 40 minutes from Manhattan by car, via I-95 or the scenic Merritt Parkway. There's parking at both the church and the yacht club.

Uber and Lyft are widely available throughout Greenwich and Riverside, so it's easy to get around the area even without a car of your own.
